Necessary storage
- eff_session: an HttpOnly organizer sign-in cookie. Standard sessions expire after seven days; signing out clears it.
- NEXT_LOCALE: remembers your interface language for up to one year.
- eff_guest_gate_*: an event-specific HttpOnly cookie after checking an access code. It normally lasts 30 minutes; configured lifetimes range from five minutes to two hours.
- Guest gallery, purchase and search state preserves authorized access, purchased downloads and results. Search results use the browser tab’s session storage. Favorites use local storage until removed or site data is cleared.
- PostHog’s __ph_opt_in_out_* preference cookie remembers acceptance or refusal. Security checks and Stripe checkout can use additional necessary storage under the provider’s policy.
Optional PostHog analytics
- After acceptance, PostHog can store ph_* identifiers in cookies and local storage for usage statistics, error diagnostics, performance and session recordings. Cookies can persist for up to one year; local storage remains until cleared or you reject analytics.
- Private photo and selfie surfaces are blocked from recordings and sensitive fields are filtered. This consent is separate from selfie consent and photo notification emails.
- Refusing analytics does not prevent use of the service. We do not use these cookies to serve third-party advertising.
Change or withdraw your choice
- Select “Change cookie choices” to reopen the controls and accept or reject analytics. Rejecting stops optional capture and clears PostHog’s analytics persistence.
- You can also clear this site’s cookies and storage in browser settings; this may sign you out and remove saved results or favorites.
