Data deletion
You can request photo removal or deletion of personal data. Event galleries also have a hosting end date, after which guest access closes and event data is scheduled for deletion.

Requests and your rights
- Use the event’s guest privacy request form, contact the organizer or email [email protected]. Include the event link and enough detail to identify the relevant photo or data.
- For account deletion or other requests, contact support. We may ask for proportionate verification that the request concerns you.
- Requests are reviewed to protect other people in group photos and avoid removing the wrong person. Actions include hiding a photo from guests and removing indexed face data; these are distinct from erasing the original file.
- Removal based on a matching indexed face is supported after review, but does not guarantee finding every appearance automatically. Tell us about additional photos that need review.
- Where the GDPR applies, the controller normally responds within one month. A permitted extension must be explained within that first month.
When an event expires
- Standard passes include 60 days of hosting. The dashboard shows the retention end date. Download any photos you need before then.
- At expiry, guest access closes. Deletion is scheduled after a seven-day grace period, subject to documented holds and completion of background jobs.
- Event deletion removes originals, previews and other event media from object storage, and stored face representations and searchable database records. Cleanup is verified and retried when needed.
- Copies downloaded by guests or kept in the organizer’s sources are outside our deletion process.
Records and exceptions
- A documented legal, billing, security or privacy hold can delay deletion. The reason is reviewed and recorded; it does not justify keeping photos indefinitely.
- Necessary payment, accounting, support and security records may remain to meet legal obligations or resolve claims, separately from the searchable gallery.
- Backups and copies outside the active gallery may follow a separate retention cycle. Ask support about a specific request; removal from search results is not immediate erasure of every copy.
