MVP organizer terms
Terms
These MVP terms define the minimum operating rules for a paid production test. Final commercial terms, DPA language, refund handling, tax wording, and enterprise terms still require counsel review.
This is operational MVP terms copy pending counsel review. Do not use it as final legal terms for a broad public launch without legal review.
Organizer responsibility
- You must have the rights, authority, and notices needed to upload or connect event photos and to invite guests to search them.
- You control event privacy mode, access codes, download policy, retention period, and guest-facing support instructions.
- You must not upload photos from sources you are not authorized to use, or ask the service to bypass paywalls, authentication, robots exclusions, or platform terms.
Allowed use
- Use the service to help people find their own event photos from a specific event gallery.
- Do not use the service for public surveillance, law-enforcement identification, employment screening, credit, housing, insurance, school/minor-heavy launches without review, or any use that creates a facial-recognition database from untargeted scraping.
- Do not upload illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, or highly sensitive content.
Guest consent
- Guests must receive clear consent language before selfie search.
- A guest who does not consent cannot use selfie search for that event.
- Guest selfies are not saved by default, and guests can submit privacy requests.
Billing and packages
- Package quotas, retention, source support, and download policies are controlled by the selected event package.
- Guest full-resolution downloads may be disabled, free, medium-resolution, full-resolution, or paywalled depending on organizer settings.
- Live Stripe catalog, tax handling, refund reconciliation, coupons, and invoice detail surfaces must be finalized before broad production launch.
Service limits
- Imports, indexing, and deletion jobs are asynchronous and may require review when files fail, sources throttle, or privacy requests are open.
- Enterprise, school/minor, 100k+ photo, custom-source, long-retention, or strict-SLA events require manual review and a separate agreement.
- The organizer remains responsible for guest communications and for honoring rights requests that depend on their relationship with guests.
