All use casesRace photos
Every runner finds their race photos, even when the bib is hidden.
Upload the photos from the course and the finish line, then share one link or QR code. Runners take a selfie in their browser and see the photos they appear in, without typing a bib number or scrolling through every checkpoint.
Test it on last year’s race photos

Why race photos are hard to find
Each problem, and what the selfie search changes.
- 01
Bibs get folded, covered or cropped out
The search uses the runner’s face, so a hidden bib doesn’t block the match as long as the face is visible.
- 02
Thousands of photos from several course points
Runners start with their own photos instead of browsing every checkpoint and every wave.
- 03
Runners cross the line in groups
Group shots come up when their face is visible, and the whole photo is kept.
- 04
Photos go online days later and get forgotten
Runners can ask for one email when the gallery opens. The link stays the same as you add photos.
From bib pickup to the results email
One link and one QR code, used at each moment of race day.
- Before the start
Race info email
Add the gallery link to the race info email or the bib pickup sheet. Runners can sign up for an email when photos are ready.
- At the finish
QR code at the finish area
Display the QR code near the finish line, the results screen or the medal table.
- Race evening
Upload as photos come in
Add each photographer’s batch. New photos appear in searches once they’re prepared.
- Next days
Results email
Send the same link with the results. The gallery stays online for 60 days from when you open it.

Race organizers ask
Can runners search by bib number?
No. The search uses the runner’s face from a selfie. If you enable the full gallery, runners can also browse all the photos you’ve made visible.
What about caps, sunglasses and motion blur?
A face that is partly hidden, turned away or blurred can be missed. A clear selfie helps, and runners can try another one if their results look incomplete.
Do runners need an app or an account?
No. They open the link or scan the QR code in their phone browser, accept the selfie search terms and take or upload a selfie.
How many photos can one race hold?
Up to 50,000 photos online per event. For more photos or more than 5,000 runners, contact us before paying so we can review the event.
Ready for your next race?
