To share photos from an event photo booth, ask the vendor for the digital delivery before the event ends. A printed strip, a still image, a GIF and a 360-degree clip are different files. Confirm which versions guests will receive and how long the vendor's gallery remains available.
Request individual frames as well as strips
A strip may place several small photographs inside a branded layout. It works as a keepsake, but each face occupies fewer pixels than in the individual frame. Ask whether the vendor can supply both, and check the resolution of the delivered exports.
Keep the strip for its layout and use individual stills when you need easier identification or a larger print. Do not assume a gallery can split a collage or recover detail missing from a small export.
Decide where videos and photos belong
If the booth produces GIFs or rotating videos, check the destination's actual accepted formats. A service that searches still event photos should not be presented as a video delivery tool.
For Event Face Finder, select suitable still photos and use a supported upload or import route. It does not automatically retrieve a vendor's gallery, receive guest submissions or convert every booth output. The photo collection guide explains the separate intake step.
Test personal retrieval with real examples
Group poses, props and masks can hide faces. A selfie search may find a clear individual frame and miss a strip from the same session. Test several people and layouts before choosing the main guest route.
Event Face Finder searches likely face matches within the event you prepared. Keep a vendor or organizer contact for photos that cannot be found that way. If the vendor offers session codes or manual browsing, explain those options accurately.
Put a clear instruction next to the link
Use a label such as “Find your booth photos” rather than “Scan me.” The QR-code guide covers scan tests and a typed-link fallback. Make sure the destination is the finished gallery, not an organizer upload page.
Open it on another phone and check a downloaded file using the resolution guide. Keep a local copy of the agreed exports so delivery does not depend entirely on an expiring vendor link.
Set up the gallery before you share it
Add your photos, choose what guests can download and open the gallery on your phone before sending the link.
