For a dance recital with adult performers, organize delivery around the performance, act and cast. Costumes, stage lighting and repeated shows make a single folder of time-stamped files hard to navigate. Keep those references during production, then decide how dancers will retrieve their finished images.
Record the show and cast
Two performances can have the same choreography and different dancers. Keep the show date and time beside the act title and photographer's files. Retain the running order; it helps identify when an image was taken even if the camera clock is slightly wrong.
A simple reference is “Friday evening, act 4, blue costumes.” This is useful for support without needing the dancer to remember a file name.
Select movement as well as faces
Ask the photographer for a usable selection across the act, rather than only the frames with the clearest faces. A dancer may value a leap, formation or silhouette that face search will not retrieve well.
Agree whether rehearsal photos belong in the final delivery. Keep an archive of the selected exports so a correction does not require starting from every camera file again. If several cameras covered the show, follow the multi-photographer intake checks.
Plan a fallback for stage conditions
In Event Face Finder, a performer can search the event photos with a clear selfie. Profiles, masks, heavy stage makeup, motion blur and small faces in a group can make matching less useful. Test several acts before choosing this as the main retrieval route.
The product does not identify choreography, costumes or act numbers automatically. If a pose has no visible face, use manual browsing where your delivery service offers it, or let the organizer locate it using the production references.
Announce what is ready
State which performance is covered and whether the gallery contains rehearsals, stage photos or portraits. The delivery planning guide helps agree a realistic release date.
For a missing image, ask for show time, act, costume and approximate stage position. A second selfie cannot make a hidden face visible. Explain the search steps once, then investigate the specific scene rather than sending the performer through repeated retries.
